On November 27, 2012, the President signed into law the Whistleblower Protection Enhancement Act of 2012, which provides greater protection to federal workers who report government corruption and wrongdoing. The law, in part, eliminates judicially-created loopholes and expands jurisdiction from the Federal Circuit to all Circuits.
